Q: Why should I get a reading?
A: Readings are for guidance. When you are not sure of your direction. If you are unclear on a decision then a reading can give you insight. You can make better choices.

Q: What if you see something bad?
A: There is nothing bad. There are only experiences, some less comfortable than others. The great thing about readings are they are not ground in stone! You always have control of your life. If you don't like what I am seeing, you can change the outcome by changing your actions, perspective or feelings. Readings give you more power through knowledge.

Q: Do you cast spells?
A: No. I only offer insight through Spirit. I will not do anything that takes control away from anyone.

Q: Can you give me the winning lottery numbers?
A: No. It is not my desire to help people gamble. That of course is anyone's choice to do, however, I don't do those kinds of readings. I do numerology, which is a science of numbers similar to astrology.

Q: How do you do readings?
A: I use the tarot cards. They help to give form to the impressions I receive from Spirit. I also use numerology, crystals, and basic astrology to give insight into your situation.

Q: Do you charge by how many cards do you spread?
A: No. I generally use a Celtic cross spread for most readings as a base. This is a 10 card spread. However, I usually pull more cards throughout the reading.

Q: Do you charge by the minute?
A: I charge for 30 and 60 minute phone reading sessions. 30 minutes for chat room readings. Flat rate for energy work and email readings.

Q: If I get a phone reading, will charges show on my phone bill?
A: No. This is not a 900 line. No charges will appear, payable to me, on your phone bill. Call 414.763.4100 at the time of our appointment. Local or long distance charges will apply.

Q: How many questions can I ask?
A: For email readings only one question may be asked.
Phone and chat readings are at the moment unlimited within the time frame chosen.

Q: What are the payment options?

Q: What if I am not satisfied with my reading?
A: My readings are guaranteed. I will refund the full amount of your reading if at the end of the reading you are not satisfied. I can usually tell when I am connected with someone. If I am not feeling you or am unable to read you, I will offer the refund immediately. Any dissatisfaction on your part must be clearly stated before the termination of the phone call.
If an email reading has been rendered, you must respond with any dissatisfaction within ONE(1) day of receiving reading for a refund to be issued. In other words if I send the email on Friday, you must respond to me before 11:59pm on Saturday for a refund.

Q: Why do you guarantee your readings?
A: Simply put, I am 99% accurate. I have NOT been asked for a refund yet.

Q: Why would you be unable to read someone?
A: This has happened. Many reasons can cause this. The other person may not be ready to be open enough for a reading, Spirit may feel it is best for this person to work through the issue on their own. ( there is much to be learned from working it through), or I may just be having a bad day. In either case, I will always offer the option of trying it another day, or a refund.

Q: Do you Channel?
A: Yes. This happens very spontaneously. If there is someone in spirit that wishes to speak they can and do speak through me. I don't advertise this as part of my readings as this only happens on occasion. I do not go into trance. I am very conscious of the conversation, but the thoughts and feelings are not my own. They are of the person in spirit. It is quite a blessing when this does occur!

Q: How old do I have to be to get a reading?
A: You must be at least 18 years of age.

Q: Do you ever read for children even with parents permission?
A: Only in person, and only under special circumstances. Children are at a phase in life where they are becoming acclimated to life with a body and gravity etc. They are still very connected with Spirit and should befocused on being grounded. If a parent is having a problem with a child I will certainly look into that for them. I rarely do a reading for the child.

Q: How often should I get a reading
A: Generally my readings cover about 6 months on any particular issue. Should you have a new incident or block that you need to overcome feel free to give me a call. However, readings can become addictive. It is not my desire for you to base every move in your life on my readings. I am here to guide not control. If I feel you are becoming dependent on me to make decisions in your life, I will refuse to read for you. I want to inspire liberation, not fuel dependency of any type.

Q: Is the reading confidential?
A: Absolutely! I do not share any information with any advertising agency, telemarketers, other psychics, etc. You are safe with me. Much like a doctor-patient relationship, I hold the utmost respect for privacy.

Q: What should I do to prepare for a reading?
A: Simply relax and be open to all possibilities. You may want to meditate just before our appointment. Try the following about 10 minutes prior to our appointment time.
Sit quietly in a comfortable position. Breathe deeply, inhaling positive energy and exhaling stress, worries etc. Imagine tiny roots growing from the bottom of your feet down into the earth. Sense the earth energy rising up in you with healing and protection. Imagine tiny tentacles reaching from the top of your head up into the sky, and feel the light protective energy of the universe flowing through you as well. You are now centered and grounded. Know that I an doing the same. This will help you and I get "in sync" so to speak.
